Hello, I am Sarah Rice and I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area and moved to Washington State in 2013 with my Husband Trevor. I grew up with a Father who was a General Contractor and was raised helping and learning his trade. From this experience I have always known I would someday be part of the real estate world. I now bring the love of real estate and a passion for the industry as a whole with me as a licensed Real Estate Broker for On Point Real Estate .
In addition to an early introduction to the industry, I will also be able to help my clients as I utilize over 20 years of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry. With this experience I’ve learned that there’s not a better feeling in the world than seeing the smile on my clients face when a transaction has been successfully and smoothly closed.
